Beira Mar - doesn’t disappoint
2nd visit to this beach house. Great location right on the beach but close to shops /restaurants as well. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We particularly like the garden which opens directly onto the beach. Parking for 2 cars. Cannot think of any negatives

Everything you could wish for
Everything you could wish for only made better by the sunshine! Fabulous location and property.
Really comfortable and on such pretty beaches you won’t be disappointed if you stay for a few days or a few weeks.

Great coastal retreat
We very much enjoyed a weekend as two families staying on the beach at this lovely spacious property. Plenty of crockery and cutlery so we didn’t have to wash up every five minutes. The property has step free access from the back/roadside (nb a couple of metres of gravel drive from parking) and a small downstairs bedroom with bathroom opposite, so it would suit some people with limited mobility I expect but not people who needed to position a wheelchair alongside a bed to transfer. Beautiful house thoughtfully arranged for visitors, thank you.

A wonderful Weekend Away
What a great weekend we had at Biera Mar. Plenty of room for 6, location amazing right onto East Wittering beach. Walked to West Wittering- a good walk!
House had all the facilities which were clean and tidy.
Would book again and use Wellies and Windbreaks again also.

First impressions
First impression was a wow factor. It is a great family holiday home. Sea is at the bottom of the garden and basic comfort has been well thought through.
We are on the grandparent spectrum and do appreciate quality of furnishings. This is where Beira Mar did disappoint. The dining chairs are very worn and wobbly, TV is difficult to see from 3-seater sofa with unsightly cabling, pillows old and lumpy, duvets same and too narrow for beds.
All other holiday homes we have stayed in provide a welcome pack on arrival to make tea, coffee and a little breakfast. We have left two kitchen rolls.
The back garden was untidy and grass needed a mow.
Apart from these constructive criticisms we had a lovely stay in excellent weather and would consider booking again in the low season if the price is right.

Beautiful location and property, would definitely stay again!
We loved our stay at Beira Mar, the location is perfect right on the beachfront. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed visits to Bosham, The Marina, Chichester Cathedral and lots of walks on the beautiful beach.
