Beira Mar is a contemporary beachfront family holiday home. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it sleeps eight guests it is ideal for two families to share. It has a fabulous beach front location, is pet and family friendly and is just a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants in East Wittering.

Beira Mar is a contemporary beach front family holiday home. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it sleeps eight guests, making it ideal for two families to share.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Twin beds
Bedroom 3: Twin beds
Bedroom 4: Double bed

Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys breathtaking views of the beach and sea beyond. It has its own balcony and an en-suite shower room. The two bedrooms to the rear sleep a further four guests. Both rooms have twin beds but could be pushed together to make a double if preferable (note only single bed linen though). There is also a family bathroom upstairs with bath and over bath shower.

Downstairs a fourth bedroom has a double bed and enjoys use of the shower room next door.

The large open plan kitchen / living / dining room downstairs is spacious and well equipped; a great area for entertaining the whole family. The bifold doors open out onto the decked and lawned garden, with direct beach access.

Beira Mar is pet friendly and both the rear and beachside gardens are secure. We welcome your pets but just ask that you respect our pet friendly rules and do not allow them upstairs or on any of the downstairs soft furnishings. Please also ensure that you clear up after them in the garden.

The property is in a superb beach front location in the quiet private residential estate of Coney Six. The village of East Wittering and all of its shops and restaurants is just a five minute walk away and the local beach front gem of a restaurant,The Beach, is just a ten minute walk down the beach towards Bracklesham Bay.

The property has space for up to three cars in the bay at the front of the house. Please respect the parking boundary. The house is a semi detached property and the space to the left of the brick line on the drive is for the neighbour.

Beira Mar is incredibly well equipped for a holiday rental. It is the perfect place for families and friends to get together at any time of the year for a seaside holiday.

Lovely holiday home

We have just enjoyed our second stay at this lovely holiday home. It has great accommodation for our multi generational party. The enclosed garden and direct beach access make it perfect for children and dogs. We love the beach house vibe and sitting up on the top floor, sun trap, balcony watching the sea.
Basics like washing up liquid provided along with gorgeous shower gel in each bathroom.
Adding mirrors to the bedrooms would be
helpful.

Fabulous house and location

A fabulous and very clean house. Well stocked with equipment and games. It would have been so nice to have had some comfy chairs and a table on the balcony though. Some sun loungers in the lovely garden would have made the stay just that bit more comfy and relaxing. Overall a great place and we very much enjoyed our stay and the sunny weather.

Our 4th time to Beira Mar . Family of 8 very concerned comfortable stay.

Another very enjoyable week! Brand new sofas in the living room which was a welcome sight. Great location for walking into town. Good size garden although felt the grass could have been mowed before our arrival. Very well equipped kitchen. All in all a great stay .

Ideal beachside location

This house is in an ideal situation. Right by the beach, pebbles with sand at low tide, very clean, no litter.
The village of East Wittering has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, all just a ten minute stroll away.
Beira Mar is a great house for a family stay.

Fabulous Beach House

This was our second stay at Beira Mar and it was just as wonderful. The house and kitchen are very well equipped with plenty of games and toys for the children. The view from the main bedroom is outstanding and it’s great to have three bathrooms. Great safe garden for small grandchildren but with direct access to the beach which they loved. Spent hours on the beach making enormous sand castles and moats – top tip, don’t forget to bring the garden spade for the adults!
It is really quick to reach the shops and cafes in East Wittering but Itchenor, Bosham and West Wittering are not far. There is always something to see – be it horses on the beach or wind surfers and kite surfers, or Spitfires doing aerobatics. Another fantastic week.

Positive and Negative

The location was superb. The house was well equipped kitchen wise and very clean. We had a lovely long weekend with family and the sun shone.
However, the 2 single beds upstairs on the left were not comfortable as you could feel the springs. Also the bedroom downstairs was very small ( this may not be a huge issue but for the cost of the rental it is). I also think for the cost of the rental that a welcome pack should be provided. It is just such a welcoming touch on arrival especially after a long journey.

Thank you very much for your feedback Sue. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay but are sorry that not everything was perfect. We don’t like to think that guests don’t enjoy a good nights sleep and although we have not received this feedback before about the beds, we will definitely get them checked and will ask the owners to replace the mattresses if needed.

Equally, we are sorry found the downstairs room small. We do try to be transparent in the listing and there is a floor plan. The owners have tried to ensure that everything is in there for a guest to feel comfortable and it has been a very popular set up for guests who are traveling with someone who needs a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. For a beachfront house sleeping 8 guests we do feel it is priced appropriately but we are sorry if you felt this wasn’t the case.

With regards to a welcome pack, as a company we choose not to put in fresh food items given the fact that a number of people have allergies these days and it is logistically difficult to facilitate. Instead we ensure the house has all the necessary practical household items as well as some nice to have extras including Faith in Nature hand soap and shower gel. I hope you understand.
