A great location on the Beach front- a walk down the garden and you are there! Good accommodation with four good size bedrooms and three bathrooms.

We loved our stay at this property! The views were amazing and the location was just perfect. It was nice and clean, has a lovely big kitchen, dining, sitting area that opens out onto the garden which the dog loved. The master bed was nice and comfortable plus it was great to have the balcony for morning tea with a view. Actually the house has 2 gardens, the front garden is also entirely enclosed, it’s a nice sun trap away from the wind with a bench and has a washing line for drying whatever gets wet at the beach. The stair treads felt fractionally less deep than we’re used to but honestly that’s splitting hairs! The banks at the bottom of the garden were nicely planted with spring flowers and everything we needed was walking distance. Once we parked the car when we arrived we didn’t use it until we left!

We enjoyed our stay at Beira Mar a lot. However we felt it was a little tired compared to Lubber. The house was very warm in the three back bedrooms? Veluxs would not open. Sheets old, garden chairs worn badly ,A small table for outside with a couple of loungers so one could sit different places in the garden.
Gate broken dog got out !
All in all we would book it again.

Great house. Wonderful location with access to the beach. Would benefit from more crockery and cutlery. Disappointing that with high cost of rental hot water went cold after only 3 of 8 occupants had a shower after coming off beach. Cost of rent too high, will definitely put us off coming again.

Had an amazing time at Beira Mar. Such a great open plan space downstairs with good size bedrooms upstairs. Couldn’t fault our stay except that we wish it was longer. Amanda & her team were simply amazing & if you want to book somewhere to stay, Wellies & Windbreaks are the go to people for you. Amanda went out of her way to make sure we got the place we wanted. The house was Lovely, clean and warm, it has a perfect location right in front of the beach.
Although the Customer Service was very good at the start, when arriving I couldn’t open the box where the key was kept in spite of having the right code, the box wouldn’t open. I called Customer Services Emergency number several times but the only response I got was a recorded message that they couldn’t get to the phone right now but would call back as soon as possible. I also called another number on their website with the same result. I left messages through WhatsApp and SMS as well as email but nothing happened. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to get help from workers next door who fortunately knew how the system worked, it needs two switches to operate. This vital information should be included in the info pack for people who are not familiar with this particular system. I finally got a phone call from Wellies and Windbreaks more than one and a half hours after my calls. I could have been standing outside all this time if I had not asked for help from outside sources. They should have an alternative system to reply to clients who call the Emergency number, one which is prominently displayed and actually works.
