Beira Mar is a contemporary beachfront family holiday home. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it sleeps eight guests it is ideal for two families to share. It has a fabulous beach front location, is pet and family friendly and is just a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants in East Wittering.

Beira Mar is a contemporary beach front family holiday home. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it sleeps eight guests, making it ideal for two families to share.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Twin beds
Bedroom 3: Twin beds
Bedroom 4: Double bed

Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys breathtaking views of the beach and sea beyond. It has its own balcony and an en-suite shower room. The two bedrooms to the rear sleep a further four guests. Both rooms have twin beds but could be pushed together to make a double if preferable (note only single bed linen though). There is also a family bathroom upstairs with bath and over bath shower.

Downstairs a fourth bedroom has a double bed and enjoys use of the shower room next door.

The large open plan kitchen / living / dining room downstairs is spacious and well equipped; a great area for entertaining the whole family. The bifold doors open out onto the decked and lawned garden, with direct beach access.

Beira Mar is pet friendly and both the rear and beachside gardens are secure. We welcome your pets but just ask that you respect our pet friendly rules and do not allow them upstairs or on any of the downstairs soft furnishings. Please also ensure that you clear up after them in the garden.

The property is in a superb beach front location in the quiet private residential estate of Coney Six. The village of East Wittering and all of its shops and restaurants is just a five minute walk away and the local beach front gem of a restaurant,The Beach, is just a ten minute walk down the beach towards Bracklesham Bay.

The property has space for up to three cars in the bay at the front of the house. Please respect the parking boundary. The house is a semi detached property and the space to the left of the brick line on the drive is for the neighbour.

Beira Mar is incredibly well equipped for a holiday rental. It is the perfect place for families and friends to get together at any time of the year for a seaside holiday.

Lovely stay at Beira Mar

We had a lovely stay at Beira Mar. Great location on beachfront. 10 minutes walk along the beach to the town. Quiet residential area. Great for a break to get away from it all. The house was clean and well presented. Communication was good at all times with Wellies and Windbreaks.

A wonderful stay at the Beira Mar

A lovely xmas week at the Beira Mar.
Great location. The lounge looking out onto the garden and the sea was so relaxing. Couldn’t have been better.
The main bedroom was so comfortable, a great king size bed with a wonderful sea views to wake up to.
The lounge was comfortable for us all to gather in for christmas telly viewing and eating.
The house had everything including a very safe garden for our dogs.
Fab location to go into the village for coffee and shops and a 15 minute drive to a very large Tesco.
Plenty of hot water and heating.
A great stay. We’ll be back next year.

Great location in East Wittering with diexrt access to the beach.

Property would be even better if there was a welcome pack with basic essentials, for example; eggs, bread, butter etc…

The house was lovely! Modern, open plan downstairs and everything we needed, from comfy beds and seating downstairs, lots of space throughout the house, ample well appointed bathrooms and all the appliances you could wish for. Home from home! Location was amazing. Being on the beach front was so good and we took full advantage! East Wittering is a great village too with everything you need. We had a great week! Thank you.

Another great stay at Beira Mar

This is our second stay at Beira Mar and is a perfect place for a family holiday including Molly the family dog. The accommodation is ideal for all age groups from toddlers to the elderly. Very comfortable and a perfect place to relax. An added bonus is its position not only right on a beautiful quiet beach but also a 5 minute walk to East Wittering High Street with an excellent choice of shops, cafes and restaurants. Customer service excellent.

An Extra Special Beach Weekend in East Wittering

As frequent day visitors to East Wittering, it was great to be able to spend a few days relaxing, exploring and discovering places we’d never seen, or been to, before.

Beira Mar was a perfect place to sit and relax and watch the world go by. Well-equipped and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay (with the weather also on our side for once!)

As Beira Mar is pet-friendly too, every member of our family, including our dog, had a totally brilliant weekend, exploring the reasonably quiet and magnificent beach at all hours of the day, from sunrise to sunset and beyond. We even went in for a late evening swim, followed by welcome mugs of hot tea, back on the decking in the garden.

The Wellies & Windbreaks Team were really helpful throughout the booking process and in the lead-up to our long weekend in West Sussex. The accompanying app for the property and surrounding area was also incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and some useful recommendations of places to eat, drink, shop and visit.

Have always considered East Wittering beach to be a truly magical place to be and our stay at Beira Mar has helped to make it even more so. Cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
