Lovely house right on the beach. We have stayed here several times with our multi generational family. It has great open plan living with direct access to the beach, which is never busy and is dog friendly. Both gardens are fully enclosed for children and dogs. The master bedroom is particularly special, with its balcony and comfy chairs overlooking the sea.
We parked up and didn’t move our cars for the entire week as the shops and eateries are just a short stroll.
We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful holiday at Beira Mar, the location was excellent, out of the back gate and straight onto the beach. A very quiet area but not far from the shops and restuarants of East Wittering. My only complaint would be that the pillows were a bit flat and maybe extra could be provided and also the outside (back garden) security light didn’t seem to work very well, other than this just perfect.

Beira Mar was ideal for us, 5 adults, a 5 year old and a baby, loads of space in the open plan downstairs and three bathrooms. It’s very well equipped and comfortably furnished. Whilst East Wittering isn’t the most beautiful village, being able to walk out of the garden straight onto the shingle beach or to the shops and restaurants made life very easy. The garden was perfect for football with our 5 year old grandson and was well used for recreating World Cup games and pretending to be various star players. The much better sandy beach at West Wittering is a very short drive away, not walkable for a 5 year old but that beach was the main reason for our visit. We did also take advantage of the proximity of Chichester, There aren’t many places where you can combine a beach holiday with such a beautiful town as Chichester.

A few more pillows might be useful, and perhaps thicker curtains for winter guests

Great, quiet location and being able to walk out of the garden onto the beach was just prefect, short walk to the cafes/shops. The secure garden was great for the dog, with plenty of space and the property also has a gated front garden, added bonus. View from the bedroom with the balcony has a couple of loungers outside, which adds a nice touch. Ample space to park 2 larger cars. The downstairs bedroom is not as large as the upstairs bedrooms, for sleeping 2 adults once you add your luggage, however perfectly adequate and you have the use of a downstairs shower/toilet room, works well if you have difficulty with stairs. The fans in the rooms were a welcome addition, as rather warm weather when we stayed.
This was a lovely stay, large property, downstairs open layout is perfect would recommend.

We loved our stay `at Beira Mar. As a multigenerational group, the house worked perfectly for us. We loved the open plan lay out and the doors opening onto the patio and garden and beach beyond! The house was very well equipt for cooking and eating. We were there on the hottest weekend of the year and the fans were a welcome addition!
