We had the most fabulous stay at Fleetwood. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It was so lovely to walk out of the house and be right on the beach. Amanda was amazing from start to finish. So helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be back again.

Fantastic mini break with the family at Fleetwood last weekend to celebrate a big birthday. Three generations plus two four legged members of the family all loved the property and location. Generous amount of living space with a very warm homely feel, with everything you could possibly want and more. Location was perfect for beach dog walks and walks into East Wittering. Would highly recommend and would love to rebook anytime.

You can’t beat the location of this property right on the seafront with fabulous views from the first and second floor balconies. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are great power showers and good spaces for socialising and for quieter times. The garden is safe and access to the beach is easy. This is our third visit and for our large family get togethers it’s ideal.

Excellent capacious property. Well equipped. Brilliant location being able to walk from the back garden onto the beach and easily up into East Wittering shops and cafes. Very accommodating owners. Quiet, flat road at front has been useful for 5 and 3 year olds learning to cycle and scoot.

It’s our second time staying at Fleetwood and we’re already discussing dates for our third! It’s an exceptional holiday property, immaculately finished and with almost everything you could ever need!

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from town and the beach in your back garden!

The team at Wellies and windbreaks were great and super communicative. There was a delay delivering furniture for the mid level deck but they arranged with the owner to get some delivered for us on our third day which was really appreciated.

We stayed as a family of 4 plus my Mum and Dad and are hoping to return with some family friends over from New Zealand next year. It was a fabulous holiday with fantastic views and memories for a lifetime.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Fleetwood with a group of 12. The house is very spacious and extremely well equipped. It’s worth bearing in mind that the downstairs bedroom has bunkbeds so is more suited to children than adults. There is a Sonos music system throughout the house and the gents in our party were very pleased to see that the TV has sky sports. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and chefs will appreciate the range of equipment including two sinks, range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and more pots, pans, and bowls than you could ever need!

East Wittering Beach is literally at the end of the garden and the village is only a short walk away with plenty of good quality shops, pubs and restaurants if you don’t fancy self catering. This was the third time that we have used Wellies and Windbreaks for accommodation in the Witterings, and they have always been extremely professional and responsive to any queries or problems.

Note that there is ample parking in the driveway, but if for any reason any guests park in the road in Coney Six neighbours will complain, even if it’s only for a few minutes.
