Fleetwood is a fabulous family holiday home right on the beach front in East Wittering. Located in the quiet private Coney Six residential estate, Fleetwood is an ideal property for a holiday with family and friends. Sleeping 12 in 5 bedrooms and with 5 bathrooms, the property is spacious, comfortable and very well laid out for large groups. The first and second floor both have very large balconies so the sea view can be enjoyed from almost anywhere in the house. There is also a large beach facing garden and plenty of parking to the rear.

Fleetwood is a fabulous family holiday home right on the beach front in East Wittering. With two balconies the full width of the house on both the first and second floors, the breathtaking view of the sea can be enjoyed from pretty much anywhere in the property. Fleetwood has been loved as a holiday home for generations.

Bedroom 1: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (second floor)
Bedroom 2: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (first floor)
Bedroom 3: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (first floor)
Bedroom 4: King size bed with en-suite bathroom (ground floor
Bedroom 5: Double bunk room (ground floor)

Fleetwood sleeps twelve in five bedrooms. The remaining 4 bedrooms all have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. There is a king on the ground floor, two on the first floor and the large bedroom on the top floor has picture windows the full width of the room, with sliding doors out onto a private balcony. There is no better bed to wake up in on the beach front.

The property enjoys plenty of relaxing and entertaining space with a large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room on the ground floor, leading on to the secure and private beach front garden. There is also a sitting room on the first floor with sliding doors, the full width of the room, out onto the balcony.

Fleetwood is pet friendly and dogs can play to their hearts content in the secure garden. With the beach just through the garden gate, it is canine heaven. This stretch of the beach is dog friendly all year round. Dog owners are requested to clear up after their pets upon departure and pets are not permitted upstairs, in any of the bedrooms or on the soft furnishings.

Coney Six is a private residential estate so the road is quiet and all the neighbours very friendly. It is just a five minute walk into the village of East Wittering and a ten minute walk in the other direction to Billys on the Beach in Bracklesham Bay…undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the area and the only one on the beach front.

Fleetwood has plenty of parking for at least four or five cars on the drive and is secured by large iron gate.

For a large group holiday or multi generational family gathering, Fleetwood is hard to beat. Its beach front location and spectacular lay out make it the perfect family holiday home.

Another fantastic stay

It’s our second time staying at Fleetwood and we’re already discussing dates for our third! It’s an exceptional holiday property, immaculately finished and with almost everything you could ever need!

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from town and the beach in your back garden!

The team at Wellies and windbreaks were great and super communicative. There was a delay delivering furniture for the mid level deck but they arranged with the owner to get some delivered for us on our third day which was really appreciated.

We stayed as a family of 4 plus my Mum and Dad and are hoping to return with some family friends over from New Zealand next year. It was a fabulous holiday with fantastic views and memories for a lifetime.

Wonderful house for a large group

We had a wonderful long weekend at Fleetwood with a group of 12. The house is very spacious and extremely well equipped. It’s worth bearing in mind that the downstairs bedroom has bunkbeds so is more suited to children than adults. There is a Sonos music system throughout the house and the gents in our party were very pleased to see that the TV has sky sports. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and chefs will appreciate the range of equipment including two sinks, range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and more pots, pans, and bowls than you could ever need!

East Wittering Beach is literally at the end of the garden and the village is only a short walk away with plenty of good quality shops, pubs and restaurants if you don’t fancy self catering. This was the third time that we have used Wellies and Windbreaks for accommodation in the Witterings, and they have always been extremely professional and responsive to any queries or problems.

Note that there is ample parking in the driveway, but if for any reason any guests park in the road in Coney Six neighbours will complain, even if it’s only for a few minutes.

Perfect in so many ways for our family but accommodation looking quite tired in places.

This is the second year running we have stayed at Fleetwood and the configuration and location have proved ideal for our family. However we had some concerns and we have given feedback directly to W&W in a desire to be constructive and helpful.

The owner is aware that there is a little wear and tear to address and they are doing so. It is always so useful to have specific feedback so we are grateful.

our holiday lived up to expectations

Excellent house and position for a family holiday with lots of space and comfortable accommodation. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we enjoyed the outside terraces for sea watching and sunbathing. Good safe dog friendly garden. Thank you.
