The house was lovely! Modern, open plan downstairs and everything we needed, from comfy beds and seating downstairs, lots of space throughout the house, ample well appointed bathrooms and all the appliances you could wish for. Home from home! Location was amazing. Being on the beach front was so good and we took full advantage! East Wittering is a great village too with everything you need. We had a great week! Thank you.

This is our second stay at Beira Mar and is a perfect place for a family holiday including Molly the family dog. The accommodation is ideal for all age groups from toddlers to the elderly. Very comfortable and a perfect place to relax. An added bonus is its position not only right on a beautiful quiet beach but also a 5 minute walk to East Wittering High Street with an excellent choice of shops, cafes and restaurants. As frequent day visitors to East Wittering, it was great to be able to spend a few days relaxing, exploring and discovering places we’d never seen, or been to, before.

Beira Mar was a perfect place to sit and relax and watch the world go by. Well-equipped and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay (with the weather also on our side for once!)

As Beira Mar is pet-friendly too, every member of our family, including our dog, had a totally brilliant weekend, exploring the reasonably quiet and magnificent beach at all hours of the day, from sunrise to sunset and beyond. We even went in for a late evening swim, followed by welcome mugs of hot tea, back on the decking in the garden.

The Wellies & Windbreaks Team were really helpful throughout the booking process and in the lead-up to our long weekend in West Sussex. The accompanying app for the property and surrounding area was also incredibly helpful in providing clear instructions and some useful recommendations of places to eat, drink, shop and visit.

Have always considered East Wittering beach to be a truly magical place to be and our stay at Beira Mar has helped to make it even more so. Cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

2nd visit to this beach house. Great location right on the beach but close to shops /restaurants as well. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We particularly like the garden which opens directly onto the beach. Parking for 2 cars. Cannot think of any negatives

Really comfortable and on such pretty beaches you won’t be disappointed if you stay for a few days or a few weeks.

We very much enjoyed a weekend as two families staying on the beach at this lovely spacious property. Plenty of crockery and cutlery so we didn’t have to wash up every five minutes. The property has step free access from the back/roadside (nb a couple of metres of gravel drive from parking) and a small downstairs bedroom with bathroom opposite, so it would suit some people with limited mobility I expect but not people who needed to position a wheelchair alongside a bed to transfer. Beautiful house thoughtfully arranged for visitors, thank you.
