It is the second time I have stayed at Beira Mar. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was terrible. I came with my 2 daughters & their teenage boys . They loved the property & how near it was to the beach. We bought a kite & the boys had great fun with it on the windy beach.
We had all we needed the house was well equipped & had comfy beds. Will be coming again .

We have just returned from our stay at Beira Mar with 8 friends and 2 dogs, had such a great time and the house provided everything we needed, the beach is literally at the end of the garden and it provided a great location for our morning swin (yes even in March we braved it).

Kitchen provided everything we needed as we ate in every night, it was great that there were 3 bathrooms so no long queues for the bathroom. Bedrooms comfy and clean as were the bathrooms.

The one thing I would recommend is that an outside hot shower is provided to so that people could shower off the salt and sand before entering the property that would be a game changer, other than that the house was perfect and we all thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend there.

My family and I really enjoyed our New Years stay at Beira Mar. The house was clean, comfortable and in a fabulous location. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and the wonderful bedrooms. We had a fantastic view from the master bedroom. The house was dog friendly with secure gardens front and back of the property. We will definitely return and highly recommend to others.

Fabulous to wake up and look at the sea, even though it was stormy!
Convenient to East Wittering village and a short drive to West Wittering . Huge sandy beach for the dogs to run around on.
Alison is a great person to communicate with .

Had a wonderful family weekend staying at Beira Mar. Lovely location right on the beach. We all want to go back again

This was our second time staying at Beira Mar. Once again, we had a magical experience with the weather very much on our side.

The property was spacious and had everything we needed to relax, with plenty of equipment for us to cook, but also plenty of places, just a short walk away, to eat out.

East Wittering and the surrounding villages offer plenty of things to do, with great pubs and restaurants, interesting shops and local attractions.

To wake up in the morning and be able to look out on the beach, a blue sea and the Isle of Wight beyond is something truly special. As always, the Wellies & Windbreaks Team, made sure that everything was ready for our stay and enjoying a weekend full of wonderful memories was the end result.

Looking forward to another stay at some point in the near future.
