Had an amazing time at Beira Mar. Such a great open plan space downstairs with good size bedrooms upstairs. Couldn’t fault our stay except that we wish it was longer. Amanda & her team were simply amazing & if you want to book somewhere to stay, Wellies & Windbreaks are the go to people for you. Amanda went out of her way to make sure we got the place we wanted. The house was Lovely, clean and warm, it has a perfect location right in front of the beach.
Although the Customer Service was very good at the start, when arriving I couldn’t open the box where the key was kept in spite of having the right code, the box wouldn’t open. I called Customer Services Emergency number several times but the only response I got was a recorded message that they couldn’t get to the phone right now but would call back as soon as possible. I also called another number on their website with the same result. I left messages through WhatsApp and SMS as well as email but nothing happened. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to get help from workers next door who fortunately knew how the system worked, it needs two switches to operate. This vital information should be included in the info pack for people who are not familiar with this particular system. I finally got a phone call from Wellies and Windbreaks more than one and a half hours after my calls. I could have been standing outside all this time if I had not asked for help from outside sources. They should have an alternative system to reply to clients who call the Emergency number, one which is prominently displayed and actually works.

Beautiful house right on the beach with everything you could possibly need. Ideal for mixed age group family holiday. Downstairs double bedroom and bathroom is great as stairs are quite steep and could prove challenging for anyone with mobility problems. 3 more double rooms and two bathrooms upstairs meant no queueing!
Beach is pebbly and quite steep but sandy at low tide and miles of sandy beach at West Wittering just a few minutes away. Both beaches dog friendly.
We discovered Billy’s on the Beach half a mile away. Lovely friendly spot for coffees, snacks and meals. Best mussels I’ve had in a long time.
Agents were super helpful. Will definitely be back.

We have just enjoyed our second stay at this lovely holiday home. It has great accommodation for our multi generational party. The enclosed garden and direct beach access make it perfect for children and dogs. We love the beach house vibe and sitting up on the top floor, sun trap, balcony watching the sea.
Basics like washing up liquid provided along with gorgeous shower gel in each bathroom.
Adding mirrors to the bedrooms would be
helpful.

A fabulous and very clean house. Well stocked with equipment and games. It would have been so nice to have had some comfy chairs and a table on the balcony though. Some sun loungers in the lovely garden would have made the stay just that bit more comfy and relaxing. Overall a great place and we very much enjoyed our stay and the sunny weather.

Another very enjoyable week! Brand new sofas in the living room which was a welcome sight. Great location for walking into town. Good size garden although felt the grass could have been mowed before our arrival. Very well equipped kitchen. All in all a great stay .
