Cirrus is a modern and stylish holiday home just moments from the beach and a short walk into East Wittering village. Sleeping 8 in 4 sizeable bedrooms, two with en-suites, the property is ideal for up to two families to share.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite shower
Bedroom 2: King size bed, with en-suite shower
Bedroom 3: Twin beds or zip and link for Super king size bed if required
Bedroom 4: King size bed

The open-plan living space downstairs is flooded with natural light. Full-width bi-fold doors open onto the secure, south-facing rear garden with patio area for outdoor dining. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and part of the open plan relaxing and dining space, making it the real heart of the home. Downstairs also benefits from a practical utility and laundry room with outdoor access and a separate downstairs WC. Upstairs are the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large master bedroom enjoys a king size bed and full width windows facing south towards the sea. The master en-suite has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower. The third bedroom has twin beds which zip and link to form a super-king if required and the fourth has a king size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share use of the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

Cirrus is well located for both East Wittering village and West Wittering beach. Howard Avenue sits at the far western end of East Wittering village so a short walk down the beach to the white sands of West Wittering. A cut through just along from the house to Marine Drive West means that Cirrus is no more than a minutes stroll to the beach.

There is off-street parking on the drive for up to 3 cars.

Great break on the South Coast!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Cirrus. It’s in a great location for accessing the beach and amenities at East and West Wittering. The house is well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. We hope to come back!

Lovely spacious house, close enough to walk to the beach with all you need in a good home!

Great house for a big family or 2 families, nicely furnished and decorated throughout, despite not being able to use the front door!!!!!
Close enough to East Wittering beach and Shore Road.
The flow upstairs, very spacious, although felt like lots of doors!!
Grass in the garden – don’t walk on it barefooted, ouch!

Thank you for your lovely review. I just wanted to clarify for the benefit of future guests that you can use the front door. The key is with all the other external door keys in the kitchen drawer as indicated in the property information notes. The owner just put the side door key in the key safe as the key safe is right next to that door.
With regards to the lawn, I had not been made aware of any thistles previously but have informed the owner and she will get the gardener on to it. Sorry for any inconvenience.

summer break with the family

We had a lovely stay at Cirrus , which is a very well appointed house with plenty of room inside and outside for young children to play , when the weather is not so good. Bedrooms and bathrooms perfect for a family visit of 6 adults and 2 youngsters

Family Christmas Gathering

We stayed at Cirrus over Christmas and were delighted with the property. It is of a high standard, tastefully furnished, immaculate with a well appointed kitchen, plenty of light, and has a great open plan feel to the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and of a good size. Plenty of modern amenities and we were pleasantly surprised that a Christmas tree had been thoughtfully included. We can highly recommend this beautiful property.

A fantastic house located one road behind East Wittering beach. Brand new, clean and very functional.
