An all-round pleasure to stay at Seamark. The house is well laid out and in a quiet location but only a few hundred yards from the beach. A five-minute walk gets you to the shops, cafes and pub of Shore Road in one direction, and Billy’s cafe is 10 minutes in the other direction. No need to take the car anywhere!
The garden gets sun all day and sunset drinks on the roof terrace are a must.
The outside bath for washing sandy dogs and feet is genius!
Would happily stay again.

Seamark is a lovely property providing excellent accommodation for all sorts of guest combinations, but especially families (of all ages), with or without dogs. The layout is extremely practical and the fittings are all of excellent quality – everything works well and the whole house has a welcoming feel, so you can relax immediately. The location for the beach and village is brilliant and the roof terrace is a wonderful bonus. Our week’s holiday was truly memorable – helped by excellent weather! 5 Stars!

Our second year staying at Seamark did not disappoint. It’s a fabulous house in a great location. Beds are comfortable and they have thought of everything you need in a seaside home.

A group of us spent a few days at Seamark over the new year. The house was perfectly located for lovely long beach walks with dogs and the weather (thankfully) was kind to us! The house was beautifully clean and well equipped. Lovely bathrooms and plenty of hot water. A very easy, sociable house to live in with several areas to relax in. The garden was completely secure which was a must with dogs, although they spent most days running on the beach and sleeping in the house! We all loved it and would definitely come back.

Lovely property with plenty of room for our two families. Brilliant to have so many bathrooms, a real plus when there are multiple families staying. Very well equipped house and kitchen with lovely space for the children to hang-out and adults too. Comfy beds and bunk beds for the children a real plus. Good location only a few steps to the beach and walkable distance to shops and restaurants.
Perhaps could have been slightly better equipped with more loo rolls and some kitchen basics (better supply of fairy liquid and dishwasher tablets) for the premium price of renting this sort of property we are used to these sort of things being amply included – less so if it had been a more budget rental.
Brilliant service from Wellies and Windbreaks as always – so reassuring to know someone is there to touch-base and discuss any issues (we didn’t have any!) and liaise with the owners. I would always use them as my first place to find properties to rent in the area.
Overall a fab couple of days at Seamark and we would definitely consider renting the same property again in the future.

A perfect location for a small celebration with friends. We had everything we needed to fulfil our friend’s birthday wish to gather together to talk, walk on the beach, create and serve a wonderful meal and enjoy each others company, as well as the beautiful location. We had a fabulous time in this superbly appointed and comfortable home.
