Seamark is a beautiful seaside holiday home in the Witterings and family favourite. Affectionately known as "the castle" for its turreted exterior it boasts a wonderful roof terrace with sea views and is just moments from the beach. Its location is ideal in the quiet residential area of Coney Six. East Wittering village with all its great cafes, restaurants and shops is just a five minute walk and the white sands of West Wittering are a gentle half hour amble up the coastal path.

Winter holiday family time
We have stayed with W&W a few times. Always a stress free process and Amanda is super efficient.
Seamark is a lovely house in a great location.
Facilities are very good. Beds are very comfortable. The master suite is luxurious. Kitchen well kitted out with a spacious eating area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Extra tv room was a nice bonus.
Garden is very secure and a fab size for our dogs. They loved it.
Downside: could have done with extra lounge seating . Not a problem for a summer break , but for Xmas , not enough for our family to all sit around together to watch tv and play games. . We squashed up on one sofa . Could have done with a couple of extra armchairs.
Bath tap was hard to regulate the temperature , small issue but it was stuck on boiling.

For future guests, confirming back regarding the comment on the sofa, there is a large L shape sofa in the dining area and also the dinning table/ chairs and bar stools. In the TV room there is also a large L shape sofa so should be adequate sitting for the number of guests.
We will certainly get the bath temperate looked at.

Christmas at Seamark
We had a lovely stay at Seamark with our family from up north. The house was well equipped, very comfortable and had enough space for everyone to relax and to have fun. We would definitely book this house again for future get togethers. Wellies and windbreaks was also great with their customer service and support.

Returning Staycationers!
Returned to Seamark for the third year in a row – for an extended family, including toddler and dog, it provides perfect accommodation in a great location, just round the corner from a quiet stretch of beach, and the roof terrace is fabulous, giving great views of the sunsets.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location!
This was our second stay at Seamark and it was as wonderful as ever! The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The location is brilliant so we could pop to the beach for a swim as many times as we we wanted, and walked to village and Billy’s. The house also accepts dogs and our lab loved her week in Wittering! We had the most perfect weather too so that really was the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Seamark

A wonderful holiday house
This property is ideal. The location, accommodation, outdoor seating, kitchen and furnishings cannot be faulted. Ideal for spending a family week with children and grand children and so close to the beach. Wonderful.
