Dots is a unique East Wittering beach front property, offering sleeping accommodation for 11 guests in 6 bedrooms. Recently completely renovated but without altering the quirky, 1970's design, Dots is a great holiday home for family groups.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: Twin beds (ground floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (ground floor)
Bedroom 3: King size bed (ground floor)
Bedroom 4: King size bed (first floor)
Bedroom 5: Twin beds (first floor)
Bedroom 6: Single bed (ground floor)

The upstairs beach-facing kingsize bedroom offers fabulous views out to sea. With windows a large corner window on two sides of the room, the view is almost panoramic as you lie in bed gazing out to sea. Over the landing is a garden facing twin room and both upstairs rooms share use of the modern shower room in between.

Downstairs there are four further bedrooms. A kingsize, queen, twin and single room. The queen and twin rooms face the rear garden and the other two rooms have interior windows which look out into the sitting room, but have complete privacy with slatted shutters. All the downstairs room share a modern shower room and additional WC.

The open plan L-shaped kitchen / dining / living area is light and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the dining area enjoys sea views from the table and the living area is fitted with an enormous L-Shaped sofa, large enough for all 11 guests to sit on. Sliding doors the full width of the living area lead out onto a small beach-facing lawned garden and the beach beyond.

The rear garden is simple but spacious and entirely lawned, perfect for games and running around with the children. The rear garden also has the added bonus of a large wooden games room at the end, wth table tennis, drinks fridge, soft seating and separate WC. It is a great second space if separating children from adults or husbands from wives is required. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

Dots is a fabulous house for some seaside family fun, whatever the season.

Location

We stay at Dots for my husbands 60th birthday with our grown up sons and their partners

We recently stay at Dot for four nights .
The house was very comfortable and has all that you need.

The location is fantastic as only a short walk to the village and right on the beach .
We loved the games room with table tennis table !
Great for the evenings

Windbreaker and Wellies have good communication and have used them before and hopefully we will again!

Only thing that could be improved on is the garden furniture as very basic and a couple of the sunloungers were broken , would have been nice if there was more outside dining eg patio area .

We hope to book again for next summer x

Great house on seafront

Lovely house on seafront, close to shops.
Unusual layout but not a disadvantage. Well -equipped , both with furniture and fittings and utensils.
Didn’t like sofa, very uncomfortable, especially for shorter people but beds, chairs etc very comfortable.

Fabulous holiday home

This house is a perfect getaway. Located right on the beach it’s fantastic whatever the weather as the views onto the sea are excellent come rain or shine. We went for a weekend away and it was brilliantly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The place was spotless and uncluttered. The sofa was extremely comfortable as were the beds. We couldn’t fault this property. Thank you for a blissful weekend.

Fantastic stay at Dots

We spent a weekend at Dots for a 50th birthday celebration with friends and family and it was absolutely amazing. We all loved the house; big social areas, a massive sofa, and cute bedrooms with options for everyone. The views from the front bedroom are beautiful and the whole house has a cool yet cosy vibe. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The weather was quite wet so we didn’t really get to enjoy the garden or games room but imagine that these are great fun in better (and less muddy!) weather. Being right by the sea was what we wanted, watching the surfers and still having lots of food options on the doorstep. Guests who weren’t familiar with the area were amazed at how buzzy and busy East Wittering was on a damp weekend in February! Angela and Amanda are both very responsive to messages and we’d love to book again in the future.

Amazing break

Well laid out, great views, well equipped kitchen, although could have done with a small saucepan. Beds very comfortable. only suggestion could have done with a side gate so dog could not go round to the front garden as not sure if she could have scrabbled over the wall to join the other dogs on the beach, we put the garden tables by the side so she couldn’t get through.
We all enjoyed a wonderful weekend, thank you for letting us stay there.

To confirm to future guests the front garden does have a secure wall and gate as you can see by the photographs on the website.
