Wickham is a unique beachfront property in a spectacular location. One of the original early 1900’s beach houses, although immaculately restored, it retains much of the charm and character of a traditional holiday home. Sleeping up to 10 in 5 bedrooms it is ideal for two families to share.

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with en-suite shower room (first floor)
• Bedroom 2: Bunk room, leading to the master bedroom (first floor)
• Bedroom 3: Twin beds (first floor)
• Bedroom 4: Double bed (ground floor)
• Bedroom 5: Double bed (ground floor)

The master bedroom, with ensuite shower room, enjoys the most stunning views of the sea. So much so that it will be hard to drag yourself out of bed every morning. The master is accessed through a bunk bed room making this set up ideal for one family unit.

Upstairs there is also a twin bedroom which overlooks the back garden. Downstairs are two further double bedrooms off the sitting room, each with the restored, original basins. There is also family bathroom with bath and overhead shower at the bottom of the stairs.

The well equipped family kitchen is at the rear of the house. It has a small table, ideal for kids tea and access to the secure and sheltered private rear garden.

The sizeable sitting room with dining table and open log fire is the real heart of this holiday home. This room is cosy in the winter with the fire roaring and light and breezy in the summer as the bi-fold doors open out onto the garden and beach beyond. The bi-folds lead out to a traditional,
covered veranda made from wood and stone with bench seating. Whatever the weather, it’s a peaceful place to sit with a cup of tea or a glass of wine looking out to sea.

Wickham has wifi and a smart TV. There are plenty of board games and tremendous selection of books in the house for you to enjoy. Wickham is a wonderful house for games and family fun plus taking some time to wind down and relax.

There is private allocated parking for 2-3 cars on Nab Walk right next to the property.

The location and charm of Wickham are hard to beat. For a step back in time but in modern day comfort, Wickham is the perfect choice for a seaside break.
