A great location and lovely house with view to the sea and close to the shops and restaurants. Light, airy, well equipped and simply furnished. A perfect spot for a beachy family holiday.

Huge thumbs up to Amanda who was brilliant juggling the booking due to Covid – really helpful.

Excellent location to watch the dramatic coastline and the windsurfers. All the amenities provided for in the property. East wittering is a good location and we enjoyed having the independent shops and cafe/restaurants. Would like to return to explore the area when the weather is brighter.

Large enough to comfortably sleep six adults we were definitely enjoying nice accommodation above and beyond our requirements. My partner and I introduced our 8 month old twins to The Witterings in comfort and quietness. W&W were very helpful and organised cots and high chairs for us. The large downstairs open plan kitchen / lounge area with two sets of patio doors out to nice patio and grass areas was perfect for relaxing whilst managing the many demands of our babies. 50m from the beach and in a nice quiet area they had all three of their daytime naps and their nighttime sleeps as if they were at home. Easy pushchair ride to the top of the beach (50m) and then along to “Shore Road” for access to the village shops and cafes. With three bathrooms Tofts would be perfect for an older family or six adults. The only negative being the very nice walk-in shower downstairs could do with a head upgrade. It was so nice we booked it for a second long weekend six weeks later.
