The apartment will sleep 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The first room has a king sized bed and the second has twin beds which will zip and link to create a super-king, giving this property the flexibility of suiting two couples or a family with two children. The open plan kitchen / living / dining space is comfortable as well as stylish with plenty of seating for relaxing in front of the smart TV and dining for 4. The property also benefits from a small sea-facing balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset glass of something special.

Located in Seagate Court on the beach-front in East Wittering, this 1970's block is not where you might expect to find such a stylish holiday home. Once through the front door, guests will enter an oasis of calm and sophistication and will be able to relax into holiday mode immediately. The little balcony offers the best view of the sea but all room sin the house have a sea view. The shops and restaurants of East Wittering village are literally on the doorstep and with the beach right in front of the apartment, you could arrive at Sunny View for a weeks holiday and never need to get in your car once.

Parking for one vehicle is available in the shared apartment car park. There is road parking nearby for any additional cars, with Longlands Road being the closest. *Please note that whilst guests can bring one car to park in the shared car park, there is no allocated space. Very occasionally the car park is full so guests would need to park on one of the nearby roads until a space becomes available.

Lovely flat in an excellent position

We had a lovely week at Sunny view. The flat is in an excellent position for access to the sea and all the many amenities of East Wittering.
The only problem with the flat is the lack of substantial curtains ( net curtains are not good enough) or blinds to provide screening from the sun on the west facing windows. It was extremely hot in the afternoon sun and we had to sit in the Bedrooms , which do have curtains!

A Lovely Place to Stay

My husband and I loved our stay at Sunny View and would certainly have no hesitation in staying there again. Its proximity to the sea and beach was ideal and my husband loved his morning runs on the beach (when the tide was out of course!). We are familiar with the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay and there are plenty of walks to taken in the area. East Wittering also has a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs.

The only recommendation we would give to the owners, is to install some simple blinds on the lounge and kitchen windows and door as the sun shines directly into the apartment in the late afternoon/early evening making it far too hot and uncomfortable to enjoy a meal at the dining table or relaxation on the comfortable settees. This may not be a problem in the winter of course but climate change means that there will almost certainly be more sun in East Wittering in the future.
