We recently spent a week at Sunny days with family and young grandchildren. The position so near the beach and a great cafe was wonderful and local amenities covered everything we needed. Sunny Days is really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and having an enclosed garden is great for the children, who also appreciated the children’s books and toys we found there. The property was clean throughout and would certainly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Sunny Days was a very conveniently located property to spend a week at. Quiet road with no through traffic and close to the beach. It was well equipped and more like home from home than a holiday let.

Sunny Days is a detached bungalow, very well equipped and with private parking. Inside it is light and airy with a large open-plan kitchen-diner and sitting room. There is a conservatory built on the rear of the property but, in the heat wave conditions we experienced during our stay, it was unusable. There is a small private garden with outdoor furniture which would have been pleasant to spend time in if the weather had been different. The quality of all the appliances was very good although I would have liked a washing-up bowl as well as the dishwasher.

The property was conveniently situated with easy access to Chichester and the coast. It was ideal for our needs. The property is located in a quiet area with little traffic which would make it suitable for families with small children. Wellies and Windbreaks were efficient and responded very promptly when we had a small problem with the garage door.

Christmas tree had been put up and a wreath on front door . One of the best holiday houses we have used .

Very pleased with overall stay. Only issue was the standard size beds, pillows soft and duvet very flimsy and did not stay in place.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunny Days! The house was cozy, spacious, and very well-equipped and everything we needed was there and more. The garden was a real highlight: beautifully kept and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. We especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, and our Toffee loved it too. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the sea. A perfect spot for a family holiday, we’d love to come back!
