Guests will have access to the beautiful top floor bedroom with Superking bed (or the flexibility to split it into two full sized single beds as it has a zip and link mattress) and all the other living areas, including a study if you need to "work from home" and the balcony and beachside garden. The heart of the home is the first floor open plan living / kitchen / dining room. Complete with modern kitchen appliances and comfortable and stylish soft furnishings, this room is the focal point of the whole house. Sliding doors open out onto the beach-front balcony with gated steps down to the garden and beach beyond. A separate TV room on the same floor offers some quiet space to escape to and the study next door is a great facility if you need to 'work from home' whilst you are away. There is a large utility room and a separate WC on the first floor by the covered entrance. A practical separate entrance to the utility room is a bonus, as is the outside shower, after enjoying some sandy beach fun.

There is plenty of secure parking on the driveway.
