Seaview Lodge is a beautiful, newly converted two-bedroom house offering stylish coastal living with exceptional flexibility — perfect for couples, friends, or small families. Just moments from the shoreline in Bracklesham Bay the house is ideally located for a coastal break with the amazing GOAT Coffee shop right next door, The Beach restaurant and surf school just a moments walk and the shops and amenities of Bracklesham Bay just around the corner.

Thoughtfully designed throughout, the property combines contemporary comfort with relaxed seaside charm. The light-filled living space creates a welcoming setting to unwind in after a day by the sea, while the modern finish ensures a comfortable and effortless stay. With the beach just a short stroll away, guests can enjoy morning walks along the shore, paddleboarding, or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere.

Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen, living, dining room with bifold doors the full width of the property leading out to the secure and sheltered rear garden. The garden is part decked and part astro lawned and the separate garden room at the far end of the small garden is a good place to escape to do some work or relax.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the house is very well set up for four guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The sitting area features an enormous and sumptuous sofa allowing guests to sit in comfort whist enjoying the some entertainment on the large smart TV or just relaxing with family and friends after a fun day on the beach.

Seaview Lodge has two spacious bedrooms upstairs comprising:

Bedroom 2: Sea facing superking with zip and link mattresses so has the flexibility of being a twin

Both bedrooms enjoy brand new, exceptionally comfortable beds and with zip-and-link mattresses. This adaptable layout makes the home ideal for two couples sharing or up to four guests staying as singles. Both bedrooms share the bathroom which has a bath and separate shower. There is also a downstairs shower room with WC.

The house has parking for up to two cars on the private drive.
