Seamark is a beautiful seaside holiday home in the Witterings and family favourite. Affectionately known as "the castle" for its turreted exterior it boasts a wonderful roof terrace with sea views and is just moments from the beach. Its location is ideal in the quiet residential area of Coney Six. East Wittering village with all its great cafes, restaurants and shops is just a five minute walk and the white sands of West Wittering are a gentle half hour amble up the coastal path.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed, with en-suite bathroom (first floor)
Bedroom 2: King size bed, with en-suite shower room (first floor)
Bedroom 3: Twin room (first floor)
Bedroom 4: Double bunk beds (first floor)

Seamark is renovated to a very high standard and enjoys high quality modern fittings and comfortable furnishings. The master bedroom overlooks the garden with a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second king size bedroom also has an en suite shower room and the twin and double bunk-room have access to the large, family bathroom, with bath and shower.

Downstairs, the bright and sociable open plan living, kitchen and dining area comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and has access out to the private and secure south-facing garden. A wood-burning stove will be much enjoyed during the colder winter months making this house an ideal let in all seasons. The downstairs also benefits from a second sitting room with TV and a utility room with large walk in shower and direct outdoor access.

Seamark also enjoys a fabulous roof terrace, which is accessed by a spiral staircase from the first floor balcony. With views out to sea, it is a wonderful place for some evening drinks whilst watching the sunset.

Seamark is a pet friendly property but we request that you abide by the house rules. Pets are not permitted upstairs or on any of the soft furnishings. You are required to thoroughly clear up after them in the garden and the outside shower and bath are ideal for washing sandy dogs…and children!

Seamark has off street parking for 3-4 cars.

A family trip to the seaside

We had a fabulous stay at Seamark with the family and it was fascinating to find its connection to Winston Churchill who used to stand on the roof terrace looking out to sea .
We agreed on 2 things :
It is vital to get a parasol for the garden table . We had babies and young children and it was too hot for them to eat outside .

Although there is a snug and a large sitting room the L shaped sofa is insufficient for the number of people the property can sleep and 2 four seaters in the lounge would be so much better .
Having said that we did have a fabulous time .

Perfect holiday

This was our second stay at Seamark this year, which is a tribute to how well located and set up the property is. We particularly liked the different areas of the garden and roof terrace that catch the sun at different times of day, and the 2 min walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and there’s a large choice of things to do in the area. We’d recommend Knead for coffee & bread, and a bit further afield, the Crab & Lobster. A boat trip to see the seals in Chichester Harbor was a great opportunity to get out on the water.
