Pinellas Point is a great holiday home for a small family or two couples. This charming bungalow is just 20m from a quiet stretch of the beach at Bracklesham Bay, which is accessed by the property’s own private walkway. The popular white sands of West Wittering beach are a lovely walk down the beach footpath. East Wittering village, with all its shops and restaurants, is just a 10 minute walk in one direction and a stroll 5 minutes the other way (or 10 minutes if you are having too much fun on the beach) takes you to The Beach Cafe, the best beach front restaurant for miles around.

The property has a double bedroom, a twin room and a third room with a very comfortable day bed in it. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the sitting / dining room enjoys glimpses of the sea from its front window and access to the secure, private garden through double doors.

Pinellas Point is located in a private and gated residential cul de sac so is safe for young families and very quiet. There is parking on the drive for 2-3 cars.

One dog maybe considered at the owners discretion.
