Number Twenty Four is a very popular, family friendly holiday rental. Just a stones throw from the eastern end of West Wittering beach and a five minute stroll into the village of East Wittering, the location is ideal for a seaside break. Sleeping eight plus two in four bedrooms, it is perfect for two families to share.

** Please note that the hot tub is an optional extra as it gets refilled for each guest that requests it. The charge is GBP295 for the stay. If you would like it, please tick the hot tub option in the booking form which you will be sent upon enquiry.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: Super king size bed (first floor)
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, with two extra pull out single beds (first floor)
Bedroom 3: King size bed (ground floor)
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (ground floor)

Ideal for two families or a large group, the house is laid out over two floors. Upstairs is a super king sized bedroom and a twin room with two extra pull out single beds. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a king-size bedroom and a twin. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower. The bedrooms are bright, spacious and tastefully decorated and the twin room on the first floor has two additional pull out single beds giving this house the capability to sleep up to 10 in beds. There is an additional WC downstairs and a utility room.

The spacious and sociable bright open plan kitchen, living and dining space leads out on to the private and secure south-facing garden. There is also a garden room at the bottom of the garden with TV and Wifi which can be a place for the kids to hang out or a quiet place to escape to for some relaxation or work. The paved patio area is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or a cold beer at the end of the day whilst the children enjoy the playing on the trampoline or a game of boules on the lawn.

Number Twenty Four also benefits from a hot tub in the garden. This is an optional extra and will be filled and heated for your arrival if requested. There is a charge of £295 per booking and you can tick to select it when you complete your booking form.

There is a selection of children’s toys, games and DVDs to enjoy plus a table tennis table in the garage.

Pets are welcome and will enjoy the secure private rear garden. Please do clear up after them upon departure and ensure that they do not go in any of the carpeted rooms or on the sofas.

The house benefits from off street parking for 3 cars.

Short break

Amazing house which was fully equipped for all my family’s needs. The kitchen was like being at home and nothing was missing for our entertaining needs. The beds were fantastic and perfect for our peaceful nights sleep after long walks along the beaches. To top it off we had the added extra of a hot tub which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you.

Well Equipped House

Number Twenty Four has everything you would need for a holiday vacation. Situated in a quiet road, only a few minutes walk to the sea and local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed playing table tennis, and the open plan style house really worked for us.

Home from home

We decided in these strange times to take a break and live and work somewhere else to get more work life balance…. number 24 was the perfect solution. Great location and central to all you need in east wittering…. a short stroll to the beach, shops and the pub, what more could you want.

The house was comfortable and clean and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay and make it feel like home form home. We were sad to leave and will be back.

Lovely position for beach and village enjoyed staying there.

Lovely house very spacious and good position for village and beach all you need there .We enjoyed our few days there and hopefully will return next year.

Fantastic house and location for families or groups, only slightly let down by cleanliness

We had a fantastic stay at 24 Southcote Avenue.

The house is lovely and has a great open living space which is far bigger than it appears on the pictures. Added to that are bonuses such as the table tennis table and the south facing garden with some great outdoor furniture (even a warm shower for sandy feet).

The location is also excellent with the pebble beach of East Wittering less than a 5 minute walk away, and further along the coast only a 30 min walk across the beach is sandy West Wittering.

Also within a 5 minute walk are a couple of shops and pubs/quirky restaurants.

One small gripe was the cleanliness of the house, the bedding was great and fresh but it seemed as though the floor had not been cleaned for weeks and the plates/cutlery were also quite dirty. Not a huge deal but left a small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay.

Great location, good house for large family.

Had a lovely week, the house is nicely presented and is very clean and tidy. The outside hot shower Is just perfect for washing of after a day at the beach. We would happily return.
