Weekend Break
An excellent property with the added bonus of being able to add on use of a hot tub. A beautifully decorated, spacious property in a great location. Booking was very easy and Amanda was very proactive and personable on email. The only point of feedback being although controlled by a NEST system, the upstairs of the house was on the chillier side. A very small snag therefore I’d highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your feedback and I am delighted that you enjoyed your weekend.
I just wanted to add a comment about the heating for the benefit of future guests. The NEST thermostat operates in the same way as any other room thermostat and all of the radiators have individual thermostats on them. If the radiators downstairs are turned down a bit, especially the one closest to the NEST room thermostat in the kitchen, it enables the heating to stay on for longer and hence upstairs stays warmer. If it reaches temperature downstairs however, all the heating will turn off and the upstairs looses temperature first. If guests have any questions during their stay they can just call me. Guests are free to adjust the radiators in each room to their desired temperature. I acknowledge the feedback though and will put an electric oil fueled heater in the wardrobe upstairs so guests can use that in the larger upstairs room if they require an additional source of heating when it is very cold.

Comfortable family house, a stones throw from the beach & local amenities
We had a wonderful stay at Number Twenty Four.
The house was extremely clean & comfortable & well appointed.
Super open-plan ground floor with lots of space for a family or group of friends.
Our small dog loved the large garden, which is south facing & totally secure.
The house is located in a very quiet road & just a short walk from the beach & the shops.
Highly recommended!

Family holiday
Beautiful house but wasn’t very clean on arrival at the property,but was soon sorted after contacting Amanda who was very helpful. Lovely area and very friendly people. The hot tub was a great hit with all the family.

Kitti and Dave are an amazing clean and DIY team so I was grateful they could pop over within hours of your arrival. I am glad too that the hot tub was enjoyed by all and I hope having reimbursed you for that, so that you enjoyed it free of charge, went some way to compensating for the cleanliness concerns.

Brilliant family holiday
Loved this house and it was perfect for a family holiday away – a short walk to the beach and the high street with shops and restaurants, a lovely garden for the kids to play in, and we rented the optional hot tub which was a great touch! The house has been beautifully decorated and fitted – I would highly recommend and revisit. Service was also fantastic – prompt and friendly responses at all times.

Somewhere you would come back too
Location and amenities are excellent. Relaxing quality family time is guaranteed. Everything is within walking distance and the house comes fully equipped. Wonderful addition of adding a hot tub in the garden was appreciated. The host answered all questions and was super helpful. The local residents are polite and very welcoming and we can’t wait to return. Our children 2yrs and 6yrs are still talking about their holiday.

Birthday Celebration
We stayed at No 24 for my birthday celebrations. It’s a great family house. It was clean, bright and well equipped. The garden is enclosed and was the perfect area to relax and watch my grandson on the trampoline.
Highly recommend !
