I am reluctant to give this property too good a review because we “want to keep it to ourselves”. But that would be selfish so here goes. For the 5th time, I think, we have just returned from a 2 week stay and come back home totally refreshed and with the most amazing memories. As i say in the title, this was more Sandals and Sunshades than Wellies &Windbreaks. Even the weather played ball and we had wall to wall sunshine, a few little cheeky showers but mainly sun, sun and more sun. The house is so comfortable for our configuration of people, 3 generations wanting to have an easy and relaxed holiday together and because the rooms are so cleverly spaced out everybody can have peace and quiet when required and together times when we want. As soon as there is the tiniest little thing not right either on the maintenance front or something lacking in the house it is seen to with the speed of lightening by the team. They all seem to be local and are on to any kind of niggle as soon as it is flagged up. But fortunately we hardly needed any assistance with anything, everything was just perfect, comfortable, stylish, relaxed and so cosy. If the piggybank is full again next year we’ll be back but for now we just treasure the very special memories which will be fantastic to look back on during the dark winter months. Well done Team W&W……….and a huge thank you.

The property is expensive but it’s beautiful and the location wow , we had the most amazing week . My daughter ,her husband & little one came with us , the accommodation was superb .

We didn’t feel the need to travel out in the car , everything we needed was to hand . Trampoline , table tennis , I could go on and on

A great property in a great location. Good beaches in walking distance or short drive. Good shops, bars and restaurants nearby. both walking distance and/or short drive.
We were a party of 8 with 3 generations plus dog and could not have wished for more suitable accommodation including great garden.
Plenty for the grandkids to do.
Plenty of places of interest in the near vicinity even if the weather turns.

We loved our time at Number 24, it had a great layout and everything we needed for a group of 5 adults and 3 children aged between 2 and 5 years old. Key highlights were the toy chest, the jacuzzi, the trampoline and the “bean bag room”. The kids are still talking about them! We were in West Wittering all the way from Australia to visit relatives who live in the area. We ended up being directly across the street from our sister/aunt. We loved that the property was a short walk to the village, the beach, and the bus line. This was truly a home away from home with enough space that we didn’t feel as though we were living in each other’s pockets.
We would recommend having beach towels available (fortunately we could use our relative’s beach towels), having a couple more fans for hot days, and block out curtains in the downstairs kids room. The host was responsive when we had any questions.

We had a wonderful week at Number 24 – everything was exactly as described in the property details and the communication between us and Wellies and Windbreaks in the run up to our arrival was very helpful. They offer a very personal, caring service and responded quickly to any queries that we had. We would certainly book with again.
