Marigold Cottage is the most gorgeous little property, with bags of character, just 30m from the beach in East Wittering.

Guests will enter from the street via a small gated path straight into the cosiest little sitting room with wood burning stove, TV with Sky, two cosy sofas and the dining table. The separate and well equipped kitchen leads out onto the small decked garden with outdoor dining furniture. The bathroom with over bath shower is also on the ground floor.

• Bedroom 1: King size bed (first floor)
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (first floor)

Upstairs are two bedrooms. The road facing room has a king-sized bed and the bedroom to the rear of the property has two single beds.

Marigold Cottage is located right in the heart of East Wittering village, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The location really is perfect for a seaside getaway.

There is no parking outside the property between the beginning of April and end of September, but a parking space can be rented from a neighbour just around the corner for £25 per week.
