Sleeping up to 8 guests across four beautifully presented bedrooms, Manderley is designed with families and groups in mind. The flexible bedroom arrangements make it particularly well suited to multi-generational family holidays, groups of friends and families travelling with children or teenagers.

The bedrooms comprise of:

Bedroom 1: Sea-facing super-king size bed with additional single bed, plus en-suite bathroom with over bath shower
Bedroom 2: Sea-facing bunk room with double bed on the bottom bunk and single on the top
Bedroom 3: Garden and countryside facing bunk room with double bed on the bottom bunk and single on the top
Bedroom 4: Dual aspect top floor bedroom with king size bed and additional single

The master bedroom is on the first floor with sea views and a super king-size bed. There is an additional single bed which is ideal if needed for a young child to share with parents. Whilst the house can accommodate more than 8 guests in beds, it is only available to rent as a property for 8. The flexible room just means that it works well if one guest wants a room to themselves (a grandparent, older teen or nanny perhaps) and three children can share one of the other rooms. The first floor also has two bunk rooms, perfect for children or teens. One faces the sea and the other faces the garden. Both have a bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top. There is a fold up chair bed if needed for a young child in each. The top-floor bedroom is a true highlight, boasting dual aspect panoramic view. On a clear day you can see the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth from the sea facing window and in the other direction the view stretches across the garden and open countryside, as far as Goodwood and the South Downs.

The property offers excellent facilities for guests, including a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower on the first floor, and a convenient ground floor shower room with WC.

Space to Relax, Eat & Enjoy Time Together

Manderley has been thoughtfully designed to give everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay. Designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind, Manderley features two comfortable sitting rooms – one with a dining table and open wood fire, perfect for long family meals and cosy evenings, and another with a large sofa and TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering family beach holiday, along with a small breakfast table. A separate utility area provides a large fridge freezer, laundry facilities and space for the family dog to sleep. There is even a dedicated study, making Manderley an excellent choice for longer stays, remote working or families with older children who need somewhere quiet to study.

A Garden Made for Family Holidays

Outside, the large private garden at Manderley is a real highlight and a wonderful space to unwind in. Children can enjoy the trampoline and separate games room with air hockey, while adults can relax on the terrace or make the most of the large hot tub. The hot tub is available as an optional extra for £295 per booking, creating the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

With space for 3–4 cars at the front of the property, Manderley is also exceptionally convenient for families and groups travelling together.
