Whilst the house is not beach front, it is just other side of the beach road so has views from the rear of the property over the fields and to the South Downs beyond and also has views of the sea over the top of the house in front and to the West towards Hayling Island and the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

The ground floor has a contemporary, semi open plan set up. The kitchen area with breakfast bar and window banquette dining area is at the front of the house where there is also a TV and causal seating area. A wide walkway leads through the rear of the property where the full width bi-fold doors lead out to the patio and lawned garden beyond. The garden side of the open plan room has another comfortable seating area and dining table for at least 10 guests. The ground floor also has two side entrances.
