Bedroom 1: Sea-facing super-king size bed with additional single bed, plus en-suite bathroom with over bath shower
Bedroom 2: Sea-facing bunk room with double bed on the bottom bunk and single on the top
Bedroom 3: Garden and countryside facing bunk room with double bed on the bottom bunk and single on the top
Bedroom 4: Dual aspect top floor bedroom with king size bed and additional single

The master bedroom is on the first floor with sea views and a super king-size bed. There is an additional single bed which is ideal if needed for a young child to share with parents. Whilst the house can accommodate more than 8 guests in beds, it is only available to rent as a property for 8. The flexible room just means that it works well if one guest wants a room to themselves (a grandparent, older teen or nanny perhaps) and three children can share one of the other rooms. The first floor also has two bunk rooms, perfect for children or teens. One faces the sea and the other faces the garden. Both have a bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top. There is a fold up chair bed if needed for a young child in each. The top-floor bedroom is a true highlight, boasting dual aspect panoramic view. On a clear day you can see the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth from the sea facing window and in the other direction the view stretches across the garden and open countryside, as far as Goodwood and the South Downs.

The property offers excellent facilities for guests, including a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower on the first floor, and a convenient ground floor shower room with WC.

Designed with both relaxation and entertainment in mind, Manderlay features two comfortable sitting rooms, one with dining table and open wood fire and the other with large sofa and TV. The kitchen has a small table and is well equipped, plus there is a utility area off it with large fridge freezer, laundry room and space for the family pet to sleep. The house also has dedicated study making it ideal for guests to work in whether it be a zoom call from holiday or teens needing to revise for exams.

The garden at Manderley is a wonderful space to unwind in. Guests will enjoy the large lawn plus trampoline for the children, a separate games room complete with air hockey table and a large hot tub for the whole family to enjoy. Please note that the hot tub is an optional extra at £295 per booking.
