Very clean and comfortable although very expensive

Very high spec lovely property.
We were 6 adults and thought the bath towels were too small, bath sheets should have been provided.
We didn’t have great weather but enjoyed sitting in front of the fire, although the sofa wasn’t comfy unless you wanted to lie on it!

The house is even better in real life than on the photos, it is well equipped, lots of good quality cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment (never stayed in a house that has a choice of cafetières! The seating areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms.
We never tired of walking into the main room with its lovely view.
We had a couple of minor issues but these were sorted out promptly so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this house.

Hollywood Hills meets Martha’s Vineyard! The Waterfront is a standout property on the East Bracklesham coastline with a contemporary design and stylish interiors. It’s kitted out better than most people’s every-day homes with more mod cons than you can shake a perfectly sharpened chef’s knife at. The master suite is the stuff Carrie Bradshaw’s dreams are made of with a huge walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, plus a ensuite bathroom. Of the four bedrooms, three have their own bathroom.

But it’s the view that really stands out through floor the ceiling retractable windows that look out across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. In the colder months, the woodburning stove turns the main living space in to a cosy delight. Grab a book and a glass of wine, and you’ve got perfection.

All of us LOVED this house! It comfortably fits 8 in good sized rooms with en-suites. But the living areas are the real WOW factor. Panoramic, uninterrupted sea views, a wonderful blazing, easy to light log fire and enough tech to impress all of us! The location, direct access to the beach, cannot be beaten. And the easy walk to Billy’s on the beach makes this the perfect holiday home. We all loved it from the two 11yo girls using the snug to perfect and perform plays, and the two 13yo boys exploring the tech and blown away by the server room, to the adults enjoying morning coffee on the balcony, lunch by the fire pit and evenings relaxing in front of the fire. Thank you!

Wow what an amazing house! Right on the beach, beautifully designed. Fabulous modern kitchen and high tech lighting and media system. The house was spotlessly clean.
We had the best time relaxing looking out to sea, the fire pit was an added bonus too!
We will be back.

What an incredible property with amazing sea views. We had a fantastic stay at The Waterfront, it was both spacious and cosy. We particularly enjoyed watching the waves from the comfort of the sofa. Looking forward to coming back again one day.

Perfect house for a family christmas, great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Everything we needed,

A beautiful house, fully equipped and ideal for a family gathering. All facilities to a very high standard even if technically challenging to some of us older ones. In a similar fashion the living room seating was stylish and comfortable but the room would benefit from a a more supportive seat or two for the older members of the group. All in all a wonderful place to stay in a perfect setting with direct access to the beach and amazing views of the sea from the living area and balcony.
We would thoroughly recommend and would be very happy to return next year.

We were very pleased to have booked The Waterfront for a large family break, and being straight onto the beach meant you could fish, beachcomb , have a warming fire in the fire pit, or sit on the fabulous balcony and watch the view. This is plenty for a weekend and I can’t recommend enough!
House is very well thought out, extremely comfortable and everything better than expected. Loved it!

We stayed as a family of three generations at the Waterfront – and everyone enjoyed what the home had to offer. My partner’s parents loved the garden and the ability to sit on the balcony to watch what was going on, young adults loved the snug and the fire pit and we enjoyed the fact that everyone had the space they needed to enjoy the break. The views of the sea and beach were outstanding – and the house was so well equipped we didn’t find anything lacking. A brilliant location and home for a perfect long weekend break. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
