Located on East Strand in the prestigious private Cakeham Estate, the West Wittering beach car park with cafe and surf school is just a five to ten minute walk away and its a lovely stroll up to the National Trust’s East Head. West Wittering village is a couple of minutes in the car and East Wittering village with its extensive amenities is just five minutes in the car or a leisurely 20 minute walk down the beach.
The house will sleep up to 8 guests in 4 upstairs bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom enjoys a king size bed, beautiful sea views and a newly modernised en-suite bathroom with bath and over bath shower. Two further bedrooms with king size beds also enjoy sea views. The fourth smaller bedroom faces the rear garden with views of the countryside beyond. It has a smaller queen sized bed, still suitable for a couple or possibly a single person.
