Spray Cabin is a charming and unique seafront holiday home with bucket-loads of character. Built around the original railway carriages and incorporating some fabulous original features, Spray Cabin is the perfect place for a traditional seaside holiday in modern day style and comfort. The property sleeps up to 10 guests if the day bed is used in the upstairs sitting room but more comfortably 7 plus a small child in the 4 bedrooms. The first floor living room has a balcony with spectacular sea views and the downstairs living area has direct access to West Wittering beach. The rear of the house also enjoys a large secure garden where pets and children can play to their hearts content.

Upon entering Spray Cabin from the rear garden there is a lobby with plenty of space for coats and boots then a door leading through to the stunning kitchen/breakfast room. The modern, well equipped kitchen opens out to the downstairs sitting and dining area with doors out to the small enclosed south facing patio garden and beach beyond.

The ground floor of this exceptional holiday home is where all the character is. Behind each door off the central sitting area is a hidden gem. Three of the four bedrooms are located downstairs, each housed in stunning converted classic railway carriages. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has and a single plus a cot bed for a toddler or infant. There is also a modern family bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There is also an additional w/c off the sitting room.

The most unique room in the house though has to be the dining room. This is a room steeped in nostalgia with so many of the original railway carriage features. The photographs just about do it justice but there is no doubt that your special holiday memories will be made whilst enjoying family meals and playing games in this room together.

Up the stairs to the first floor is the large sitting room with wood-burning stove, TV and comfortable seating, plus a balcony where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or sunset glass of something special whilst gazing out to sea. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the first floor looking over the garden, with super-king sized bed and en-suite shower room.

Just a 5 minute walk into the village of East Wittering but right on the beach and a short walk to the white sands of West Wittering beach, Spray Cabin is perfectly located for some special West Sussex seaside holiday fun.

Spray Cabin also has secure parking for up to 3 cars at the rear of the property on the gravel driveway next to the lawned garden. The rear garden is accessed via a gate and a high wall ensures full privacy from the road.
