Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is stunning. We chose it for the views & weren’t disappointed. No need to go anyway else, just enjoyed lots of walks on the beach & relaxing, watching the sea from numerous vantage points inside the beach house.
A fabulous place for relaxation & restoration, would recommend without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our Winter stay by the sea. Amanda was very accommodating, as she informed us there was construction work going on in the property we had originally booked. She provided three alternatives to make sure we could still go ahead with our plans and Seascape was a delight to stay in with uplifting views of the sea. Thank you.

This house is just a delight, very clean with an amazing view! We enjoyed every moment with the family. Directly on the beach, discovering beautiful landscape and wild nature… Able to enjoy lunch on the terrace , super!

Seascape is a wonderful house, the position gives you sea views all around and the design of the house amplifies the views.
Top quality furnishings and appliances, bed linen, pillows and duvet all excellent quality, floorings all perfect for a seaside holiday.

With a sea view from every window in the house, even a winter trip is magnificent. It is cosy and warm, and the beach is fantastic for long walks when the tide is out. We loved watching the sea, every day was different. The house is well equipped and comfortable.

We had a lovely 2 months at Seascape. Amanda took on board all our requirements and chose a property that suited the two of us perfectly. During our extended stay she was always available to answer any questions we had and we would book with Amanda again without hesitation. The house has amazing views of Selsey, the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth in addition to being very well equipped and beautifully furnished.

Clean, comfortable, inspiring decor absolutely nothing not to like. We were very luck with the weather… the two terraces offer shelter from the wind and are sun traps. Unrivalled sea view from every window, comfortable beds, high quality bed linen, pillows could be softer, excellent bathroom fittings, quality kitchen appliances but coffee machine was not working and no alternative available.
This was our 5th stay at Seascape and it remains a wonderful property for a traditional seaside holiday

Great location,property comfortable, mainly clean but pillows are old & stained, which is very unpleasant, sunbeds on balcony dirty with no cushions, so unusable. A parasol in the back would make the seating there more useable. The outdoor shower was not working so we couldn’t rinse sand after swimming. Blind in double bedroom needs a new raising & lowering mechanism. Double glazing has failed so there’s no view of the sea from the square window in the living room.

The most magical place to stay at any time of the year but extra special at Christmas. We had an incredible stay enjoying the sea views from every room at the end of last year. Being able to walk from the house straight to the beach was the best bonus possible. Thank you for a 10/10 stay, we want to keep visiting forever!

Wonderful location with beautiful views, very peaceful and quiet. The house is well furnished with high level kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen. This is our fourth year and planning to return again

We love the property, great views, easy parking, shops& restaurants nearby, kind owners who let us use boogie boards etc.
Two small niggles: the blind in the top bedroom is hard to roll up and down, the one in the kitchen isn’t properly secured & fell off, so you can’t use it.
Could do with a couple of small saucepans in the kitchen & a small frying pan as we’re not a big family. Otherwise great.

Back for the third year and Seascape is as captivating as ever, everything you could want from a beach holiday.
