Points is a lovingly restored family holiday home, sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, just moments from the beach at East Wittering.

The house itself is a unique art deco style property from the outside and inside has been recently renovated and fitted out with everything a family could possibly want for a seaside holiday.

The drive facing living and dining space is the central heart of the home with seating for all guests around a cosy fireplace and with large smart TV. The dining table will comfortably seat all guests and there is a separate small sitting room off the dining area which can be used as a quiet space for reading and games or for the kids to hang out in and watch TV. It also has a desk so is a useful work space. The newly fitted and well equipped kitchen is at the rear of the house with a door out to the part lawn / part patio rear garden.

Points has two bedrooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs:

Bedroom 1 on Ground Floor: King size bed with zip and link mattresses so could be made into a twin room (please advise when booking)
Bedroom 2 on Ground Floor: Bunk bed
Bedroom 3 on First Floor: Super king size bed with zip and link mattresses so could be made into a twin room (please advise when booking)
Bedroom 4 on First Floor: Super king size bed with zip and link mattresses so could be made into a twin room (please advise when booking)
Bedroom 5 on First Floor: King size bed with en-suite shower. Also has zip and link mattresses so could be made into a twin room. (please advise when booking)

The two bedrooms downstairs both share a shower room with separate WC. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower and the drive facing bedroom with king size bed has an en-suite shower. The drive facing super king size room also enjoys access to a large balcony and there are glimpses of the sea from the large picture windows.

Points is ideal for a multi-generational holiday with its combination of upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, plus bed layout flexibility. Given that is it sleeps 10 it also works well for groups of friends and its set up allows it to sleep 10 guests all in single beds if required….ideal for that book club getaway.

Located on the quiet and private residential road, Nab Walk in East Wittering, Points is just 50 metres from the beach and very well located for all the shops, restaurants and cafes of East Wittering village. It is a lovely walk down the beach to the white sands of West Wittering if you head West and a similarly enjoyable walk down to Brackelsham Bay in an easterly direction.

There is parking for at least three cars on the private drive.

Family time

We had some really good quality time together as a family. Was extra special as we don’t see each other like this as we all live in different countries. The house is really set up well with everything we needed. I could have done with a foot stool to reach the high shelves in the kitchen! Good job I have a very tall grandson in law to help me! The only thing that would have been handy to know before we arrived was the coffee pods needed for machine as these have to be bought on line. Also a couple of beach chairs would be handy for us oldies and maybe some beach towels. We use to have rental properties in Spain and the things I have suggested we always provided. Just a thought. Overall the house is great and so near shops and restaurants that we didn’t need to use our cars. Thank you.

Nice long weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay at Points West Wittering. The house is beautifully renovated, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the facilities for children are excellent. Our son especially loved the games room, which was a fantastic addition.
The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, the village shop, and a great local pub. It made everything very easy and enjoyable.
The property would benefit from a few final touches, particularly some tidying and maintenance in the garden and on the terraces. However, this didn’t take away from our stay. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax with family, and we would be very happy to come back.

Excellent location & property

We had a great stay at Points during the heat wave in June – it’s a fantastic experience to be able to walk out on to the balcony from the bedroom and see the sea (with the beach only c.100m away) in the morning. The property felt like home almost immediately, helped by a well equipped kitchen and living space. The house would work well for multi generational stays.

Easter at Points

We had a lovely Easter week end at Points,
The house is very well located, close to the beach and walking distance from shops. We loved East Wittering, very low key village with everything you need.
The house is newly fitted and very comfortable, very clean , nice bed linen and towels. Kitchen extremely well equipped.

We went on walks to a little chapel, to the beach on both sides, beautiful at low tide. At high tide walking on pebbles might be difficult with very young children.

I highly recommend Points, we will go again. there were 10 of us.

Just a little note for future guests, the beach at East Wittering is pebbled but sandy lower down closer to the sea at low tide. There is a footpath along the top of the beach for much of the stretch of beach all along this coastline so it is pretty accessible for most people. Only if you head East down towards Bracklesham is it harder at high tide. If any guests have any questions we would be happy to talk more about the area should they want to get in touch.
