You can’t beat the location of this property right on the seafront with fabulous views from the first and second floor balconies. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are great power showers and good spaces for socialising and for quieter times. The garden is safe and access to the beach is easy. This is our third visit and for our large family get togethers it’s ideal.

Excellent capacious property. Well equipped. Brilliant location being able to walk from the back garden onto the beach and easily up into East Wittering shops and cafes. Very accommodating owners. Quiet, flat road at front has been useful for 5 and 3 year olds learning to cycle and scoot.

The team at Wellies and windbreaks were great and super communicative. There was a delay delivering furniture for the mid level deck but they arranged with the owner to get some delivered for us on our third day which was really appreciated.

We stayed as a family of 4 plus my Mum and Dad and are hoping to return with some family friends over from New Zealand next year. It was a fabulous holiday with fantastic views and memories for a lifetime.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Fleetwood with a group of 12. The house is very spacious and extremely well equipped. It’s worth bearing in mind that the downstairs bedroom has bunkbeds so is more suited to children than adults. There is a Sonos music system throughout the house and the gents in our party were very pleased to see that the TV has sky sports. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and chefs will appreciate the range of equipment including two sinks, range cooker, microwave, coffee machine, and more pots, pans, and bowls than you could ever need!

East Wittering Beach is literally at the end of the garden and the village is only a short walk away with plenty of good quality shops, pubs and restaurants if you don’t fancy self catering. This was the third time that we have used Wellies and Windbreaks for accommodation in the Witterings, and they have always been extremely professional and responsive to any queries or problems.

Note that there is ample parking in the driveway, but if for any reason any guests park in the road in Coney Six neighbours will complain, even if it’s only for a few minutes.

This is a large very well equipped house, with plenty of space for different generations or two families and a garden which leads directly onto the beach. This was fantastic for teenagers who wanted to swim/paddle board/body board etc. Two wonderful balconies overlooking the beach and sea towards the Isle of Wight. Good shops plus butcher and fish shop in East Wittering plus Bob the Fisherman selling fish from the beach. Had a very good meal at Drifters nearby.

My family and I had a really wonderful long weekend at Fleetwood together. The house lived up to all our expectations. It’s very well equipped and very comfortable too. The location is perfect and we made good use of the garden as well as the beach.. the sea was surprisingly warm too which was a bonus. The details don’t list a barbecue so we took our own only to find it does have one!The bedroom on the top floor had incredible views but only has one window for opening so we found it quite hot and probably would have benefited from a fan. We were celebrating a special birthday and all 9 of us and 3 dogs had a lot of fun at this amazing property. We may well return in the future.

This was the perfect house to have a big family gathering to celebrate my 50th, the location of the house is spot on.

Magnificent property, stunning views, excellent location! We stayed here with my parents and young children (2 and 1) and the property had ample space for all of us. The pictures don’t do justice to the size of the downstairs area…so much room for the kids to run about in. All of the bedrooms are served by beautiful bathrooms and a couple of corking views to boot. The kitchen is well equipped…perhaps even too well equipped as we struggled to store the food we brought with us. The middle living area provided another option to look at the view on a chilly evening but the best view to be had is most certainly from that top deck.

A walk in to East Wittering took 5-10 minutes or up to Bracklesham in 10 minutes. Just fab.

A perfect location. A beautiful house, very well equipped and spacious with direct access to East Wittering beach. Lovely walks and plenty of choice for eating out or take aways. We took bikes and cycled the Saltern Way as well as a couple of days on the sandy West Wittering beach. Would highly recommend.

We are a family of 3 generations and of course our furry member Sid the dog.. a wonderful time had by all everything we needed was at the house it was a lovely place to be and the different sections the way it was laid out meant everyone also got their down time too.

Beds were comfortable and the 4 rooms we used had en suite bathrooms which was great.

We had a fantastic week at Fleetwood , the property was wonderful. It was my 60th Birthday and it was just perfect for the family to get together, giving lots of space so you didn’t feel all cramped together. We had our dogs and my Mum who is in a wheelchair was easy to get round and was great to see there was a ramp for us too. The house is one of the best in the area with great balconies to sit on when the weather was good. Thank you for letting us stay in the wonderful home.

We had a really good week, the house and location were wonderful. The house has been very thoughtfully designed, and the location being close to the beach and shops/cafes was great and yet in a quiet part of Wittering. The views from the balconies are spectacular.

The position of Fleetwood, directly on East Wittering beach, cannot be rivalled and we particularly liked the balconies for their sea views. It is a large property with plenty of social space and the sitting room on the first floor is great for teenagers in a family stay that crosses several generations. It is a comfortable property and the kitchen is well stocked. All but one room has double beds which reduces flexibility in sleeping arrangements but we would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Fleetwood. Multi generational family group. The house is really spacious and all rooms apart from the bunk room have en-suite bathrooms. Everyone was happy with their room. The garden is sheltered so a sun trap when the sun shines and very safe for children and dogs. The location is amazing- a short walk into East Wittering and the views from the balconies are wonderful and falling asleep listening to the waves is magical. The cooker needs attention- it’s very temperamental and gets very hot- a house this size and standard needs a decent cooker especially as eating out with a large group is not easy. The kitchen is well equipped and there are loads of games/toys/outdoor equipment for children. Having read previous reviews about cleanliness we found it to be spotless when we arrived. Amanda is very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend the company and the property.

Location location location just amazing. The house was a little tired but should have been spotless. It wasn’t. There was not enough towels and one of the bathrooms wasn’t working properly . For a luxury rental this was very unsatisfactory.

In spite of 40 mile an hour winds and rain, this spaciously well equipped property enabled us to have a marvellous family weekend break. The beachfront access allowed us to easily maximise the breaks in the weather for sandcastles and dips in the sea. The children have made us promise that we have to visit again.

Much needed break. We wanted somewhere not too far away so this was ideal. Lovely location on beach although not ideal for our older relatives as all pebbles so they couldn’t walk along to shops that way. I loved the daily. walks though

It was a very wet week so the review might be tainted with the memories of continuous howling winds and the stringent lashing of rain. That said, the convenience and magic of walking out of the house and walking on the beach is priceless. Also the house is extremely well located for local amenities and restaurants.
The house itself is spacious but dated in terms of decor and furniture. Also the kitchen is not particularly well stocked with utensils etc. And the dishes and cutlery were not clean. I wouldn’t rate it highly for value for money.

Mum, Dad, Daughter and Son-in law, as a family shielding an older family member, we visited Fleetwood house in East Wittering for a week by the beach. We chose a larger house because it was one of few available due to the COVID-19 scenario. The venue was exceptional, beachside, and our stay was early October 2020.

The house was relatively expensive but it was a larger house meant for 8 persons or more, in an excellent location and we accepted the additional outlay due to this.

We were generally more than pleased with the experience. The space was well designed, the furniture in the living areas excellent, the beds average, the facilities good.

We were disappointed only by the tired appearance of the exterior of the house and the level of cleanliness upon arrival. We received a COVID-19 update stating the house would be strictly cleaned prior to our arrival, our experience was contrary. We had to wash cutlery and crockery before using it, and the bathrooms were not particularly clean either.

Otherwise, this was a relaxing week away, we were blessed by the warmer than expected weather and the location made it a real break from the COVID-19 situation.

We would return to this house, or another similar to this, as long as the cleaning was improved prior to arrival.

Short break for a family get together, The house was huge and well laid out, great to be able to walk out the back gate onto a nice clean beach, short walk along the beach to the village, decent shops and the ‘Boulevard’ cafe was excellent. Tuesday the weather was nice, got a dip in the sea twice, Wednesday VERY windy, Thursday mixed, sun and showers, Friday when we were leaving it hammered down. Would definitely recommend.

Fleetwood is the most gorgeous house in an unbeatable peaceful and relaxing seafront location. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Although we mainly stayed in the ground floor areas.
As other reviewer states, the only criticism is with the standard of cleaning. Bearing in mind extra hygiene levels (Covid ) should be in place we should not have found underwear in one of the drawers, crockery and kitchen equipment unclean and a few other issues
We put everything we used through the dishwasher and did our best to put things in some kind of order for the next clients .
However this is a superb house and very comfortable . Amanda the agent is lovely ! We will be returning again .

We enjoyed our stay at Fleetwood – it was perfect to have so much space in the house and to be right on the beach. The children were brilliantly catered for with equipment and toys – couldn’t have asked for more.
Whilst not wishing to be overly critical, it would have been nice to have had a useable sun umbrella and sun loungers. And for a property that size a much larger BBQ would have been expected.
But generally speaking a great place for a 3 generation family holiday.

Overall, we had a lovely stay, the house was comfortable and a great size, in a perfect location. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We had a few issues such as a leaky toilet and cleaning could have been more thorough. However, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Being right on the water was wonderful, but didn’t realise it is pretty much a pebble beach. So we drive to West Wittering to have space to play on the beach.
Definitely recommend the house if you need space for everyone. Would have been nice to have a welcome basket- even just a bottle of bubbles with a welcome note and the house book on the table.

We went in December, and it was a nice warm, comfortable and very large house with all mod cons. In the summer, all the terraces would come into their own and it would be an incredible place.

What isn’t so obvious is that the middle floor is effectively it’s own apartment, with a little kitchenette, living room, terrace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This makes it ideal for large groups, or two families – providing some private space for one of the groups so you’re not all on top of each other.

Being right on the beach was amazing, the dogs loved it too.
In-between two villages with cafes, pubs and some boutique shops to explore.
The house is very large, plenty of room for a big family and multiple adults. Large driveway is also a bonus.
We had a great long weekend here, very relaxing area and large balconies with perfect views of the sea.

We stayed at Fleetwood on the last weekend in June for a family celebration. We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. We had the fortune of excellent weather and no one wanted to leave. The house and especially the kitchen is fully equipped. Out top 3 were the proximity to the beach, the views from the balconies and the space and privacy each couple had in their bedroom. The children enjoyed the beach, tv and wi-fi. There were only two small negative things, the recycling bin was full, but one of the neighbours took some of our rubbish. The other was the hot tub, the water was not hot enough, it was a warm tub and after 5 minutes we were all cold. I was glad we had hot weather otherwise it would have been freezing!!! On hindsight, I wouldn’t get the hot tub or get a different company. To improve maybe a list of take seats and deliveries would have been helpful, but we managed with the good old internet search. Having said all that, we had an amazing family celebration and everyone wants to comeback. I will recommend you to all my friends. Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us.

The house has everything you could wish for and of a high spec. Incredibly spacious, abundance of kitchen equipment, great garden and furniture. It’s the first house we have been in where the usual items you need to buy were provided in numbers higher than usual- black bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and in every bathroom Faith in Nature shower gel. This house is very special and you receive excellent service from the management at Wellies and Windbreaks.

The administration of our holiday was helpful and prompt (without the later departure we wouldn’t consider booking again). A splendid house on the beach with lovely terraces. Very well equipped (please provide sun-umbrellas, though) and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Fleetwood. Multi generational family group. The house is really spacious and all rooms apart from the bunk room have en-suite bathrooms. Everyone was happy with their room. The garden is sheltered so a sun trap when the sun shines and very safe for children and dogs. The location is amazing- a short walk into East Wittering and the views from the balconies are wonderful and falling asleep listening to the waves is magical. The cooker needs attention- it’s very temperamental and gets very hot- a house this size and standard needs a decent cooker especially as eating out with a large group is not easy. The kitchen is well equipped and there are loads of games/toys/outdoor equipment for children. Having read previous reviews about cleanliness we found it to be spotless when we arrived. Amanda is very helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend the company and the property.

Lovely house right on the beach front . Lots of room and space with 2 balconies for people to hang out on.

Location location location just amazing. The house was a little tired but should have been spotless. It wasn’t. There was not enough towels and one of the bathrooms wasn’t working properly . For a luxury rental this was very unsatisfactory.

In spite of 40 mile an hour winds and rain, this spaciously well equipped property enabled us to have a marvellous family weekend break. The beachfront access allowed us to easily maximise the breaks in the weather for sandcastles and dips in the sea. The children have made us promise that we have to visit again.

Much needed break. We wanted somewhere not too far away so this was ideal. Lovely location on beach although not ideal for our older relatives as all pebbles so they couldn’t walk along to shops that way. I loved the daily. walks though
House lovely , we all had large bedrooms with en suites which was a priority. The kitchen was a bit disorganised but very spacious. Lovely balconies overlooking the sea on first and second floors.
Amanda was always very efficient in solving any issues we had.. so all in all everyone had a lovely break away,
Also a great location as plenty of lovely places to visit for lunches out ,including Arundel And Chichester
A welcome pack would have been most welcome and I’m sure add that little extra to your stay!!

Excellent property with a great location. Really enjoyed our stay. All the comforts you would expect were present, were left wanting for nothing. Would be nice to have the ‘pin’ to watch on demand things from the skybox. A tiny tiny point in an extremely lovely holiday. Would definitely revisit. Thank you.

It was a very wet week so the review might be tainted with the memories of continuous howling winds and the stringent lashing of rain. That said, the convenience and magic of walking out of the house and walking on the beach is priceless. Also the house is extremely well located for local amenities and restaurants.
The house itself is spacious but dated in terms of decor and furniture. Also the kitchen is not particularly well stocked with utensils etc. And the dishes and cutlery were not clean. I wouldn’t rate it highly for value for money.

Mum, Dad, Daughter and Son-in law, as a family shielding an older family member, we visited Fleetwood house in East Wittering for a week by the beach. We chose a larger house because it was one of few available due to the COVID-19 scenario. The venue was exceptional, beachside, and our stay was early October 2020.

The house was relatively expensive but it was a larger house meant for 8 persons or more, in an excellent location and we accepted the additional outlay due to this.

We were generally more than pleased with the experience. The space was well designed, the furniture in the living areas excellent, the beds average, the facilities good.

We were disappointed only by the tired appearance of the exterior of the house and the level of cleanliness upon arrival. We received a COVID-19 update stating the house would be strictly cleaned prior to our arrival, our experience was contrary. We had to wash cutlery and crockery before using it, and the bathrooms were not particularly clean either.

Otherwise, this was a relaxing week away, we were blessed by the warmer than expected weather and the location made it a real break from the COVID-19 situation.

We would return to this house, or another similar to this, as long as the cleaning was improved prior to arrival.

Short break for a family get together, The house was huge and well laid out, great to be able to walk out the back gate onto a nice clean beach, short walk along the beach to the village, decent shops and the ‘Boulevard’ cafe was excellent. Tuesday the weather was nice, got a dip in the sea twice, Wednesday VERY windy, Thursday mixed, sun and showers, Friday when we were leaving it hammered down. Would definitely recommend.

Fleetwood is the most gorgeous house in an unbeatable peaceful and relaxing seafront location. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Although we mainly stayed in the ground floor areas.
As other reviewer states, the only criticism is with the standard of cleaning. Bearing in mind extra hygiene levels (Covid ) should be in place we should not have found underwear in one of the drawers, crockery and kitchen equipment unclean and a few other issues
We put everything we used through the dishwasher and did our best to put things in some kind of order for the next clients .
However this is a superb house and very comfortable . Amanda the agent is lovely ! We will be returning again .

We enjoyed our stay at Fleetwood – it was perfect to have so much space in the house and to be right on the beach. The children were brilliantly catered for with equipment and toys – couldn’t have asked for more.
Whilst not wishing to be overly critical, it would have been nice to have had a useable sun umbrella and sun loungers. And for a property that size a much larger BBQ would have been expected.
But generally speaking a great place for a 3 generation family holiday.

Overall, we had a lovely stay, the house was comfortable and a great size, in a perfect location. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. We had a few issues such as a leaky toilet and cleaning could have been more thorough. However, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Fleetwood. The house fit our three families with six kids between 1 and 8 years old perfectly. Giving everyone plenty of space.
Being right on the water was wonderful, but didn’t realise it is pretty much a pebble beach. So we drive to West Wittering to have space to play on the beach.
Definitely recommend the house if you need space for everyone. Would have been nice to have a welcome basket- even just a bottle of bubbles with a welcome note and the house book on the table.

We went in December, and it was a nice warm, comfortable and very large house with all mod cons. In the summer, all the terraces would come into their own and it would be an incredible place.

What isn’t so obvious is that the middle floor is effectively it’s own apartment, with a little kitchenette, living room, terrace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This makes it ideal for large groups, or two families – providing some private space for one of the groups so you’re not all on top of each other.

Being right on the beach was amazing, the dogs loved it too.
In-between two villages with cafes, pubs and some boutique shops to explore.
The house is very large, plenty of room for a big family and multiple adults. Large driveway is also a bonus.
We had a great long weekend here, very relaxing area and large balconies with perfect views of the sea.
Amanda was very helpful thought the whole process.

We have had a fantastic time at Fleetwood.
The house is perfect, with direct access to the beach for swimming or for strollng down to East Wittering Village which is 5 minutes away.
We were so lucky with the weather and we could have been in the south of France!
A fabulous time in a stunning house and location.

We stayed at Fleetwood on the last weekend in June for a family celebration. We had a wonderful time and everything was perfect. We had the fortune of excellent weather and no one wanted to leave. The house and especially the kitchen is fully equipped. Out top 3 were the proximity to the beach, the views from the balconies and the space and privacy each couple had in their bedroom. The children enjoyed the beach, tv and wi-fi. There were only two small negative things, the recycling bin was full, but one of the neighbours took some of our rubbish. The other was the hot tub, the water was not hot enough, it was a warm tub and after 5 minutes we were all cold. I was glad we had hot weather otherwise it would have been freezing!!! On hindsight, I wouldn’t get the hot tub or get a different company. To improve maybe a list of take seats and deliveries would have been helpful, but we managed with the good old internet search. Having said all that, we had an amazing family celebration and everyone wants to comeback. I will recommend you to all my friends. Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us.

We loved this house. It was so comfortable. Plenty of space for people. Great for kids and groups. We hope we can stay again.
