Zephyr has been equipped with all the best appliances and modern technology. There is Ubiquity wireless broadband throughout, including in the yoga studio. The kitchen is equipped with a Bora hob, two Bosch ovens (one with microwave function}, Bosch dishwasher, large food fridge, small drinks fridge and large freezer in the walk in pantry off the kitchen. In addition the house has a practical utility room with Bosch washer/dryer and a large boot room for wetsuits, coats and sea-salty dogs when you come back from the beach. The boot room can be accessed via door to the outside. It has an outdoor shower just next to the entrance and has an en-suite shower making it very practical for showering off and warming up after a trip to the beach. There is also a separate WC downstairs next to the main living area.
The large open plan kitchen / living / dining room with bifold doors leading out the the decked and lawned garden is the heart of the home. A dining table seating up to ten guests is located by the windows with maximum benefit for inside out living and entertaining in the warm summer months. The open plan room also enjoys a large sofa and TV area complete with 55" smart TV with Sky. For those needing to escape to do some work or for some peace and quiet there is a snug with TV and a separate study. The study has a sofa bed in it so could be converted to a bedroom should it be required upon request.
The garden is a private secluded space great for entertaining with a large built in Beefeater gas fired BBQ.
The yoga studio at the bottom of the garden is a unique offering and is available to hire for an additional £500 per booking. With WIFI, underfloor heating, WC and space for 10 yogis, plus bifold doors leading out to the garden it is a very special additional and ideal for those guests wanting to enjoy a yoga retreat.
Zephyr is located on the sought after West Bracklesham Drive in between the popular villages of East Wittering and Bracklesham Bay. Just moments from the beach front it is ideal for those who love water-sports or just enjoying the beach for picnics, beach cricket or dog walks.
