The Waterfront is an iconic beach front home with striking prominence on the East Bracklesham coastline. It's modern design and stunning interiors make this a unique and luxurious choice of holiday home.

The property is an upside down house as many are on the beach front, offering spectacular sea views from the living and entertaining space. South facing sliding doors open on to the impressive decked balcony providing a seamless inside to outside living environment with views over the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. The main sitting area has a feature stone fireplace with wood store inserts either side of a large Swedish wood burning stove. It's a gorgeously cosy area to relax in on the most chilly of days and in the summer, guests can unwind on the huge corner sofa gazing out to sea with the bi-folds wide open. The west facing window, adjacent to the dining area offers a spectacular place for eating or simply watching the sunset. The room flows seamlessly into a bespoke kitchen, extensively equipped with Siemens appliances including twin combination, fan/steam/microwave ovens and twin dishwashers, to name a few, all complemented by beautiful Corian work surfaces. A stunning waveform island provides additional storage space. Across the landing there is a large family room / study with sofas and huge flat screen TV for movie watching or quiet place to work. The first floor also has a cloakroom and large plant room.

The Waterfront is a high tech, largely app enabled property which might seem complicated at first but is actually very intuitive. Guests are advised to familiarise themselves with the touch pad on the wall to the left of the sitting room as you enter as this is the control hub and will be a guest's friend for thier stay. There are two further ipads in the property which mirror the one in the sitting room. Full instructions for how to use the touch pad, the Control4 App and what it controls are detailed in the property information guide which guests receive prior to arrival.

The Waterfront, Bracklesham Bay - A stunning house with stunning views

Hollywood Hills meets Martha’s Vineyard! The Waterfront is a standout property on the East Bracklesham coastline with a contemporary design and stylish interiors. It's kitted out better than most people's every-day homes with more mod cons than you can shake a perfectly sharpened chef’s knife at. The master suite is the stuff Carrie Bradshaw's dreams are made of with a huge walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, plus a ensuite bathroom. Of the four bedrooms, three have their own bathroom. But it's the view that really stands out through floor the ceiling retractable windows that look out across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. In the colder months, the woodburning stove turns the main living space in to a cosy delight. Grab a book and a glass of wine, and you've got perfection. Love love loved my stay at The Waterfront and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

We’ll definitely come back!

All of us LOVED this house! It comfortably fits 8 in good sized rooms with en-suites. But the living areas are the real WOW factor. Panoramic, uninterrupted sea views, a wonderful blazing, easy to light log fire and enough tech to impress all of us! The location, direct access to the beach, cannot be beaten. And the easy walk to Billy’s on the beach makes this the perfect holiday home. We all loved it from the two 11yo girls using the snug to perfect and perform plays, and the two 13yo boys exploring the tech and blown away by the server room, to the adults enjoying morning coffee on the balcony, lunch by the fire pit and evenings relaxing in front of the fire. Thank you!

Guest at Pebbles West Wittering
We stayed at Pebbles in West Wittering with our 18-month-old and it might be the best staycation we’ve ever done. We will 100% be returning. We’ve never stayed anywhere this well equipped - it has everything you need and definitely feels like a home from home. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, super clean and the kitchen has anything you could need from a dishwasher to cling film to coffee machine. Our son was entertained the whole time with the toys provided inside and outside, which made our stay that bit easier for us and more special for him. The location is brilliant, with an easy flat walk to the beach and close to the little shops. We can’t believe we’ve never actually visited West Wittering before - the beach is amazing! Now we have somewhere we love to stay, we’ll certainly be back here!
